This is the full service — and the one most architects come to INFORM for. We start with heat and cool load calculations, room by room, which tell us exactly what the building needs to perform. From there we design the systems, coordinate with your structural and architectural documents in Revit BIM simultaneously, and produce a drawing set your contractor can actually build from. What the project requires determines what's included.

Most builders are exceptional at what they do — and mechanical systems aren't always their strongest ground. When INFORM is involved through construction, you have someone who can communicate clearly with the mechanical contractor, settle questions before they become delays, and make sure what was designed is what gets built.
